Gráinne is mum to 2 girls with a passion to support other mums of neurodivegent & highly sensitive children. She is an EFT Tapping Practitioner, Reiki Master. Rahanni Energy Healer and incorporates sound in her treatments. Gráinne believes that by focusing on your own self care you will be better able to cope with whatever challenges come your way. She uses her knowledge & experience of parenting neurodivergent children along side her healing modalities to bring you a beautiful inclusive offering.

Anna is yoga teacher/therapist, special yoga practitioner, qualified meditation teacher and ambassador for accessible yoga. Her classes are totally inclusive.
She believes yoga is a practice for everyone, no matter of age, ability, size or even if you’re dealing with chronic illness. She teaches a lot of different breathing and meditation practices then we move mindfully then deeply relax. All classes are 75 mins long and at least 30 mins is breathing/meditation/relaxation. She uses her breath work and meditation every day to help her navigate life and she truly believes that these practices help her deal with life’s stressors in a much more calm and balanced way.
